the Record of Survey prepared for the Eureka Co.
Board of Commissioners in July of 1982, and being
more particularily described as follows:
COMMENCING at the South 1/4 corner of Section 14;
THENCE, along the west line of the SE 1/4 of Sec.
14, N 00 02'50" E, 550.25 feet to a point; THENCE,
leaving said west line, N 60 13'54" E, 253.85 feet
to a point; THENCE, N 36 13'57" E, 63.60 feet to a
point on the northerly right-of-way line of Holly
Way, said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
THENCE, leaving said right-of-way line of Holly
Way, N 36 13'57" E, 734.86 feet to a point; THENCE
S 89 55'53" E, 348.80 feet to a point on the west-
erly right-of-way line of Vandal Way; THENCE,
along the arc of a curve to the left, from a tan-
gent which bears S 15 17'30" W, through a central
angle of 44 02'01", having a radius of 1108.00
feet and an arc length of 851.53 feet to a point;
THENCE, S 28 44'31" E, 391.01 feet to a point;
THENCE, leaving said westerly right-of-way, line
of Vandal Way, and along the northerly right-of-
way line to Holly Way, N 61 41'29" W, 1213.59 ft.
to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing an area of 12.381 acres, more or less.
